Commission Terms & Conditions
I Will Draw- OC's
- Furry
- Fanart
- NSFW (additional of $15)I WON'T Draw- Gore

- Complex backgroundGENERAL- The client has to send me references and explain in detail their ideas for the commission (please be SPECIFIC as possible), I will check if I feel confortable to proceed with the order.- I can deny to start a commission if I don't feel comfortable or not capable of doing it.- If you want NSFW examples send me a DM.PAYMENTS- Payments are via Bank Transfer, Robux or Pix (BRL).- 50% upfront (before sketch) / 50% after conclusion.- I will charge fees for rushed or private commissions. The rush order is only if there are 3 days minimum. If the order is needed in less than 2 days, I will have to reject your request comm.REVISIONS- After the approval of the sketch, every additional changes will cost +15% of the total, so be sure of everything before approving it.- If the commission is almost concluded (shadows phase, render phase) additional changes will not be allowed.DEADLINES- Commissions may take 2 days - 1 month upon approval of sketch. turnaround time may be affected by my health conditions, and personal errands, such delays shall be communicated instantly.- Let me know your deadlines before we start or I will be working with my own schedules.DELIVERY- After the art is approved and paid, you'll receive an e-mail with the artwork in high quality via WeTransfer. The signature will be included in the art.USE- All commission artworks are for Personal Use. You are not allowed to Copy, Reproduce, Redistribute, Edit or make a profit off of my artwork unless you have paid for commercial use.- If the artwork is for commercial use, the client MUST specify it.- I DO NOT allow my art for NFT or AI use.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- I can choose to post the finished commissions in my social media with watermark and use on my portfolio, unless the client MAKE IT CLEAR they don't want me to post.- If you post the artwork on your social media, please give me proper credits.REFUNDS- Refund is not available for CHIBI type.- If the client cancel the commission, refunds of 80% are allowed when the artwork is in the Sketch phase. After sketch, only refunds of 15% are allowed.- After the artwork is complete, no refunds are allowed anymore.COMMUNICATION- The client may pick the mode of communication: Vgen, Discord (@ssasohan), or Twitter)- PLEASE, don't be messaging EVERY day or force your commission to end faster.- Please, don't message every day without context or topics that have nothing to do with the commission.If you do anything that go against my ToS you will be reported on social media for other artists and I'll add you to my blacklist.
